Users of Barang Gudang may request deletion of their account and associated account data.
To request account deletion:
Send an email to: eondubz@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Barang Gudang Account Deletion Request
Include sufficient account information used in the Application so that the request can be verified.
Subject to system applicability, the following data may be deleted:
user account information;
account profile data associated with the account;
application access data related to the account;
inventory records, transaction history, notes, and other data directly associated with the account.
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where necessary, including:
data required for legal compliance;
logs or backup archives maintained for security, integrity, or audit purposes.
Such retained data will be removed gradually in accordance with the applicable retention cycle.
Verified account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt and verification.
