Barang Gudang (“the Application”) is an inventory and warehouse management application designed to support item recording, transaction history management, barcode or QR code scanning, and item photo documentation.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles data and device permissions in order to provide its services and functionality.
The Application may process the following information:
Inventory data, including item code, item name, location, sector, unit, brand, unit price, acquisition year, and description.
Transaction data, including incoming items, outgoing items, stock movement, quantity, notes, and transaction timestamps.
Supporting document information, including official reports or loss-related information entered by the user.
Photos of items selected or captured by the user.
Barcode or QR code data obtained through scanning.
The Application may request access to the device camera in order to:
scan barcodes or QR codes;
capture item photos directly within the Application.
The camera is only used when the user actively accesses a feature that requires it. The Application does not use the camera in the background without user interaction.
Users may upload or capture item photos for identification and documentation purposes.
Where synchronization or upload features are enabled, photos or files may be stored in services connected by the user, such as Google Drive or other cloud-based services used by the Application.
Application data may be stored:
locally on the user’s device; and/or
online through cloud-based services used for synchronization and backup.
This is intended to maintain data availability, support recovery, and enable use across supported devices and implementations.
The Application does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data may be processed or stored by third-party service providers only as necessary to support the Application’s functionality, such as:
authentication services;
database or cloud services;
file and photo storage services.
Such processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the Application.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect user data through appropriate storage and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users may:
stop using the Application at any time;
delete certain data through available features;
revoke device permissions, including camera access, through device settings.
Please note that disabling certain permissions may limit the proper functionality of some Application features.
The Application is not specifically directed to children. It is intended to be used by authorized persons or users who understand inventory data management responsibilities.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will become effective once the revised version is published within the Application or on the relevant policy page.
